Model Patient

Well, as expected my dad is doing incredibly well. He took two laps around the room during his physical therapy today. He was deemed a model patient! I think a comment was made that they wished they could find a way to duplicate him.

At present with some pain control meds, he is reporting a 1 out of 10 pain. I could go on, but I'll leave at that. 1 out of 10 pain- thanks for praying!

Other than a report from my mom that's he has been a little "bossy" with the nurses, all is going well. If you know my dad, any bossiness is doled out with humor.

So far he has not experienced any of the bad side effects and intense pain that they prepared him for. The main reason for this is that he was completely determined to be the exception to the rule.
